Our outlet stores across Germany are “Zalando you can touch.” In a modern shopping environment, we give unsold fashion a second chance. As a Retail Associate (all genders) in a part-time role (15h per week), you will be part of our Fashion Service team, which uses a great overview and attention to detail to create the perfect shopping experience for our customers.

• You have experience in retail or customer service? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.

• You can express yourself well in German and impress with a positive demeanor.
