The Intern in Ecuador will have the following learning opportunities:

  • Achieve professional development based on ethical and organizational values.
  • Develop interpersonal relationship skills through direct contact with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Acquire technical knowledge related to logistics operations in a comprehensive manner (Supply Chain, demand planning support functions).
  • Acquire knowledge in system tools such as Office, SAP, and others.
  • Implement technological tools that allow for the improvement of the company's internal work, as well as provide improvement ideas for the implementation and organization of processes in their work area.

Responsibilities:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the SCM team in monitoring team projects and initiatives.
  • Support administrative tasks in the Supply Chain area.
  • Support the entire SCM team in activities related to logistics operations.
  • Support innovation projects.
  • Support the updating of Supply Chain reports.
  • Update Supply Chain reports for the Cluster.
  • Review KPIs, action plans, and escalate improvement plans if necessary.
  • Ensure monthly meetings with the involved areas.
  • Follow up on minutes: Coordination of meetings, agendas, minutes, and action plan tracking.
  • Support the SCM team in additional tasks as required; participate in team meetings and support with ideas for the development of department projects and activities.

Requirements:

Degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

English level: Intermediate.

Tools: Excel.

Skills: Teamwork, focus on internal and external customers, and interpersonal relationship management.

Availability to work 30 hours per week.
