Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming incoming customers with a smile, guiding them and helping them reach the right advisor.
• Customer support: you give confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
• Administrative tasks: organizing, filing and carefully managing documents.
• Supporting back-office banking processes: you help the daily work of the banking advisor colleagues and get to know the operations and processes of the bank branch up close.

This is for you if:

• You can work 40 hours a week in person at the bank branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – including becoming a full-time banking advisor.
• You work independently and accurately and do not shy away from responsibility.
• You communicate confidently and like answering simpler customer questions.
• You have strong problem-solving skills.
• You are interested in banking products and would like to take part in the dynamic everyday life of the bank branch.
