Lead Analyst (m/f) in Retail CRM

(work location Zagreb)

The position includes:

• analyzing customer data with the goal of better understanding their needs, behavior, and value
• improving customer relationship management through high-quality data processing and interpretation
• participating in the planning, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of CRM campaigns
• continuously monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and their contribution to achieving business goals
• active collaboration with all business process participants, especially with colleagues responsible for product development and management, sales and communication channels, marketing activities, and service model management
• contributing to the high-quality planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet:

• completed undergraduate or graduate degree in mathematics, economics, social sciences, or a related field
• at least two years of work experience in data analysis and processing
• knowledge of retail banking products
• advanced use of SQL or other database tools
• active knowledge of English in speech and writing
