Job Description
Overview
You will join the AI Delivery Center, contributing to the adoption and dissemination of Artificial Intelligence solutions to support individual productivity and in coordination with the AI Centre of Excellence initiatives. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of AI-based initiatives, coordinating project activities, architectural aspects, and integration with corporate application ecosystems. You will ensure the proper industrialization of solutions and the achievement of business objectives.
What will your activities be
- Manage the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives dedicated to individual productivity and digital collaboration
- Collaborate with colleagues in the AI Centre of Excellence team for alignment with technological, methodological, and governance standards
- Support the adoption of AI solutions through experimentation, validation, and industrialization activities
- Define project plans, milestones, and monitoring methods for progress tracking
- Oversee application architectures and integrations with cloud platforms and corporate services
- Coordinate external suppliers, technical teams, and stakeholders involved in initiatives

Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 3-5 years of experience in AI projects
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM disciplines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and software development tools
- Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and application integration
- Knowledge of Git and software lifecycle management tools
The following constitute preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Databricks and OpenShift/Kubernetes, agentic architectures, monitoring of AI systems in production, and knowledge of the banking and financial sector
- Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI, or equivalent certifications will be considered a preferred qualification
