Job Description

What does your working day look like …

• You are at the heart of things, actively pitch in across our F&B areas, and take on holistic, results-driven leadership of all F&B departments. In doing so, you act as the central interface between guests, employees, department heads, and management
• You keep food costs, personnel costs, and operating costs constantly in view and implement targeted measures to increase revenue; in addition, you actively contribute to budget planning
• You lead and develop your teams, as well as apprentices, with great commitment. From personnel selection through feedback discussions to training, you create the conditions for individual development, motivation, and long-term team success
• You ensure consistently high product and service quality, keep guest satisfaction in focus, and ensure the consistent adherence to operational standards and all relevant guidelines, in particular HACCP requirements
• You analyze and optimize operational processes, continuously develop existing standards, and create and update SOPs, manuals, and work instructions. In doing so, you ensure clear structures, efficient processes, and uniformly high service quality across all F&B areas

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You have several years of leadership experience in F&B, ideally in upscale hospitality
• You inspire your team as well as your guests, and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You are experienced in shift planning, think solution-oriented, and find pragmatic solutions even in short-notice shortages
• You live a genuine hands-on mentality, stay close to operational activities, and roll up your sleeves when it matters. At the same time, you recognize optimization potential and think ahead
• You are passionate about good food and drinks, enjoy discovering new F&B concepts, and want to actively help shape our F&B and events area
• You are open to career changers and enjoy passing on your knowledge. Through practical on-the-job training, you teach your team the most important service basics and quality standards
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• You are technically skilled and confident using POS systems, hotel software, and common digital tools in daily hotel operations
• You are a doer – and you openly admit when you have made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
