Job Description:

📝 Key Responsibilities Data Processing and Maintenance

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and cleaning inventory, order, and sales data from suppliers and internal systems
• Maintain VMI-related databases and reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Regularly update Vendor Master Data, identifying and addressing data anomalies Data Analysis and Reporting
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly VMI operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (e.g., inventory levels, replenishment frequency, order fulfillment rates, etc.)
• Utilize tools such as Excel and Power BI for data visualization to support business decision-making
• Assist in analyzing the causes of inventory discrepancies and propose improvement suggestions Cross-functional Collaboration
• Maintain communication with procurement, logistics, suppliers, and other relevant parties to coordinate data reconciliation and problem-solving
• Support the team in completing ad-hoc data analysis and project tasks

🎓 Requirements Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher; major is not restricted, though Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred
• Available to work 3–5 days per week for an internship period of at least 3 months Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic functions, etc.)
• Possess basic data analysis skills, with an understanding of data cleaning and statistical methods
• Experience with SQL / Python / Power BI is a plus
• Good English reading and writing skills (required for reading English documentation at work) Soft Skills
• Meticulous and rigorous, with strong data sensitivity
• Proactive, with a strong ability to learn and a mindset for problem-solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills
