In this role, you will make our hotel something special by...

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Direct maintenance and repairs for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and guest areas
  • Execute and optimize the hotel's preventive maintenance program
  • Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and hotel property
  • Monitor departmental budget and control expenses; contribute to annual operating budget forecasts
  • Develop and deliver training programs that build technical skills and ensure professional standards
  • Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback
  • Ensure adherence to all fire, life safety, and emergency procedures
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Results-driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with sound business acumen and HR management capabilities
