In Zurich, we offer you two exciting places to work: the 25hours Hotel Zurich West, former industrial areas, new clubs, international companies, contemporary museums – the hotel's neighborhood thrives on change. Red high heels and fishnet stockings, ties and tailored suits – worlds collide at the intersection of the vibrant Langstrasse and the hyper-modern Europaallee. During the day, business meetings are held; in the evening, neon signs flicker. The 25hours Hotel Langstrasse is centrally located near the main train station and just a short bike ride from the lake. Both hotels tell their own story – and so do our colleagues.

Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, one bar – versatile opportunities to host parties and events in-house. Our atmosphere is multicultural, our philosophy unconventional. We are a young team and love our informal culture mixed with good manners.

Job Description

What your workday looks like...

• You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team and from early until late

• You coordinate events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has all the necessary information

• You are responsible for all group inquiries from 8 rooms upwards

• You take care of creating quotes, contracts, and invoices.

• You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and prepare everything for the perfect check-in and stay

• You conduct client meetings directly on-site and supplement this with telephone coordination.

• You offer proposals in the interest of the company to achieve optimal occupancy

• You keep an overview, even when every room in the house is sold out at the same time and things are heating up

Qualifications

• You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host

• You are an open and communicative person who is not afraid to assert yourself

• You enjoy working with people and inspiring them

• You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts

• You bring not only your skills but also your character

• You are fluent in German and English
