Job Description
Are you our new Finance Administrator?
As a Finance Administrator, you are responsible for generating invoices in a timely and accurate manner. You collect data from various systems and process it into our billing and ERP systems. You check and analyze revenue in various reports and communicate these analyses to different teams. In addition, you contribute to efficient financial transactions with a high degree of data integrity.
You will be part of the Finance Squad, a team with a diverse background consisting of a Financial Accountant, a Financial Controller, and two Finance Administrators. Together, you ensure an efficient and accurate financial administration within Nmbrs.

Key responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices accurately and on time
Verify invoice data before invoices are processed
Keep customer and invoice data up to date
Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
Support month-end closing in the area of billing
Ensure compliance with billing procedures and controls
Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and make them more efficient
In this role, you will:
Create and process invoices
Validate invoices and perform quality checks
Collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders
Manage financial systems and keep data up to date
Report and continuously improve processes
What you bring:
Must-haves:
Demonstrable experience with the full billing process, from start to finish
Experience with multiple systems, such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Planning, and Ticketing systems
Strong Excel skills (data management, reporting, formulas, lookups)
Experience with accurately processing large volumes of transactions
Experience with data validation and quality control
Understanding of financial processes and internal controls
Experience working under deadlines
Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
Nice-to-haves:
Financial or accounting qualification
Experience in a tech environment
Experience with process improvement initiatives
Experience with documenting and improving workflows

A salary range of €3.200 to €4.400 per month (excluding holiday pay), depending on your experience;
