Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Providing advice to the bank's retail premium clients regarding banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, insurance, and other banking services.
• Promoting premium services among potential bank customers.
• Providing investment advice, i.e., executing stock exchange orders, monitoring capital and money market trends, and developing investment portfolios.
• Cross-selling.
• Organizing and conducting client meetings.

This is for you if:

• You have at least a secondary education and an MNB capital market broker certification or its equivalent.
• You have professional experience in investments and insurance.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a retail advisor in retail banking customer service.
• You have a customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
