Bring in your ideas and continue writing our success story with us. For our Facilities team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) for the reception for at least two working days per week.

Your tasks

  • Professional reception of visitors

  • Handling internal and external calls

  • Coordination of room bookings, as well as preparation and follow-up of meeting rooms

  • Support for office events

  • Housekeeping of the reception area

  • Coordination of external service providers

  • Invoice processing

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Mail and courier shipments

Your profile

We are looking for a team player with

  • Enrolled student status

  • Interest in working 2-3 days a week (Mon to Fri) between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for 4-8 hours

  • Experience in reception work, preferably in a law firm, is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Enjoyment of telephone work and interacting with people

  • Routine handling of all MS Office products

  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

  • A very friendly nature, clear communication, curiosity, flexibility, team spirit, reliability, organizational skills, and service orientation
