WaterNSW is currently seeking a Maintenance Trade - Electrican (Full-Time, Permanent) professional based at Warragamba Dam, you will work on a diverse range of electrical systems and assets that support water storage, distribution, and operational reliability. From preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to inspections and emergency response activities, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our infrastructure continues to perform for the communities, industries, and environments that rely on it.

What you’ll do:

•    Maintain and service critical water and electrical infrastructure that helps deliver essential water services to communities across NSW.

•    Perform preventative and reactive maintenance activities to keep our assets operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

•    Monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot water supply systems, identifying opportunities to improve performance and reliability

•    Contribute to minor projects and improvement initiatives that enhance the reliability of critical infrastructure.

•    Capture maintenance data and asset information to support effective planning and long-term asset performance.

•    Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support compliance and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

•    Trade-qualified Electrical Technician with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

•    Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical infrastructure, assets, and equipment.

•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and implement practical solutions.

•    Eagerness to learn and develop across a diverse range of maintenance, operational, and water infrastructure activities.

•    Confident using technology and systems to capture maintenance information, asset data, and service records.
