  • Negotiates, reviews, and tracks operational contracts, vendor agreements, and service-level agreements through the appropriate university procurement and legal review channels, and owns the school's central contract repository and renewal calendar.
  • Partners with central GW Information Technology (GW IT) on technology deployment, refresh cycles, software licensing, and infrastructure upgrades across GWSPH school projects, representing school interests in central planning and ensuring local requirements are met on time and on budget.
  • Leads GWSPH technology policy compliance, with particular accountability for ensuring employees adhere to university guidelines for the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, data handling, and information security; develops school-specific guidance and escalation procedures where needed.

  • Maintains operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials, and drives continuous improvement of school operational processes.
  • May supervise staff, student workers, or temporary employees as assigned, and provides functional guidance to colleagues across GWSPH on operations and compliance matters.
