The Senior Analyst of Operations, Strategy & Innovation (OSI) serves as the Graduate School's lead consultant for operational strategy, enterprise analytics, data governance, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Vice Provost for Graduate Education and Dean of the Graduate School, this position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative operational frameworks, governance structures, performance measurement methodologies, and technology-enabled solutions that advance the strategic priorities of the Graduate School.

The role provides strategic leadership for enterprise reporting, analytics, and data-informed decision-making. The Senior Analyst develops and oversees key performance indicators, reporting frameworks, dashboard ecosystems, data governance standards, metric definitions, and data quality practices that enable reliable and actionable insights. By integrating data from multiple institutional systems and external sources, the position identifies trends, risks, opportunities, and operational challenges, translating complex information into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

The Senior Analyst independently leads highly complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, modernize business processes, strengthen data infrastructure, optimize resource utilization, and enhance service delivery. The position develops methodologies, operational standards, analytics frameworks, and governance models that have significant and long-term impact on Graduate School operations and serve as foundations for strategic planning and institutional decision-making.

As a member of the Graduate School Operations Leadership Team and Deans & Directors Leadership Team, the position serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing policy, operational strategy, resource allocation, and organizational priorities through advanced analytics, operational assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
