Overview

You will join the Tailor Made Business Offer team at Intesa Sanpaolo Protezione, in a senior and cross-functional role covering the main Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance lines. You will be responsible for the assessment and underwriting of complex Corporate and Middle Market risks, contributing to the technical and commercial development of the offer, portfolio management, and maintaining relationships with key intermediaries. You will also play a key role in leading cross-LoB initiatives and highly complex corporate projects.

What your activities will be

'• Analyze and underwrite complex risks across main P&C lines, with a focus on Property and Liability, defining pricing, conditions, limits, and coverage structures

• Manage standard products and Tailor Made solutions, in line with underwriting policies, capacity, and profitability objectives

• Manage technical and commercial relationships with brokers and key intermediaries, supporting negotiations and the development of Corporate and Middle Market business

• Monitor technical performance, profitability, exposures, and portfolio quality, coordinating with Reinsurance, Claims, and specialized functions

• Lead working groups and cross-LoB initiatives, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the completion of complex projects

• Contribute to the development of the offer and underwriting processes, including standardized products and POG initiatives

• Support the team with technical mentoring and, where applicable, coordination of people and activities.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• at least 10 years of experience in Property and Casualty and similar roles
• degree in economics, law, engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• in-depth knowledge of Corporate and Middle Market Property and Casualty underwriting, with cross-functional skills in Property, Liability, and other lines of business
• knowledge of pricing logic, underwriting capacity, reinsurance, portfolio management, wording, and renewals
• established knowledge of the Corporate insurance market and key intermediaries, with professional recognition and negotiation skills
• mastery of standard products and Tailor Made solutions and excellent knowledge of the English language

Preferred qualifications include:

• skills in Surety and Engineering Lines, CAR, EAR, and Decennial Liability, POG processes
• ability to coordinate people or working groups
