Are you interested in artificial intelligence and want to gain practical experience with its use in a banking environment?

We have the answer for you!

We offer ambitious university students a unique opportunity to look into the world of AI Governance and gain practical experience with topics that influence the functioning of modern organizations today. You will learn how artificial intelligence is implemented, registered, and managed in a large bank and how innovations can be used safely, responsibly, and in compliance with the rules.

Depending on your experience and skills, you will be able to:

• participate in activities related to the registration, monitoring, and management of AI solutions used or being prepared in the bank,
• participate in the creation of materials, presentations, recommendations, and educational content focused on AI,
• collaborate on the implementation of Responsible AI and AI Governance principles in practice.

What you can expect from us

As an intern in the AI Governance team, you will gain knowledge and experience in the field of:

• registration, control, and updating of the catalog of AI solutions and AI use cases,
• obtaining and processing information about new AI initiatives,
• preparation of materials, presentations, and documentation about AI solutions,
• supporting activities aimed at the responsible and safe use of artificial intelligence,
• creation of guides, recommendations, and educational content about AI,
• monitoring news and trends in the fields of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and the AI Act,
• testing and introducing practical ways of using AI in our team,
• collaboration with colleagues from business, IT, data, legal, and control departments.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with the following education:

• university student

Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge

Who are we looking for?

• a full-time university student,
• a student with an interest in artificial intelligence, technology, data, economics, management, finance, law, or related fields,
• with knowledge of the English language at a B2 level,
• with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• with an active interest in AI tools and their practical use,
• with a proactive approach and a desire to learn new things,
• with a responsible and systematic approach to fulfilling tasks,
• with the ability to independently search for, analyze, and evaluate information, an independent, reliable, and communicative colleague.

An advantage is:

• experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar),
• experience with preparing presentations, articles, or other content,
• a basic overview of topics such as AI Governance, Responsible AI, the AI Act, data protection, or risk management.
