Overview

Within the Group Technology Department of Intesa Sanpaolo, you will collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify the best technological and architectural solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining applications, ensuring their reliability, stability, and adherence to business requirements.

What your activities will be

• Design and develop backend solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability
• Manage interactions with members of internal and external development teams
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor project progress, resolve critical issues, and proactively manage risks
• Support the Project Manager and the team in identifying corrective solutions to meet planned timelines and costs
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations regarding Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management, and Data Management
• Ensure the correct and continuous operation of applications, intervening promptly in the analysis and resolution of anomalies

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack developer in IT projects
• Degree in Computer Science or technical-scientific disciplines
• Experience in Java and Spring development, knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Familiarity with software testing, code review, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane), and version control systems like Git

The following knowledge is considered a preferential qualification:

• Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Data streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink), Google Cloud Platform, AI Agent frameworks, DevOps practices
• Experience in projects related to Payments, Trade Finance, and foreign operations
