We are currently looking for a person to join our store as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Competent advice on clothing and style
• Being an ambassador of our brand
• Building long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Working independently on tasks
• Presenting merchandise and maintaining VM standards
• Handling complaints
• Keeping the store looking attractive
• Operating the fiscal cash register

YOUR SKILLS

• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in sales and professional customer service
• Interest in fashion
• Ease in making contacts and building relationships
• Openness and goal orientation
• Knowledge of sales techniques
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
