Overview

Within the Chief Risk Officer Area, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the IT & Cyber Risk Monitoring and Controls unit, supporting in particular the Scenario Analysis Team.

What you will be doing

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and support the unit's team in the following activities:

• Support the analysis and representation of operational processes through Process Mapping and Process Blueprinting techniques.
• Analysis of As-Is processes to identify activities, flows, stakeholders, responsibilities and interdependencies.
• Identification of key pain points, inefficiencies, duplications, manual activities and steps that do not add value.
• Support the design of To-Be processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization and optimization.
• Use of Service Design and Process Design methodologies to analyze stakeholder needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops with stakeholders aimed at collecting and structuring process requirements.
• Support the definition of solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's processes.
• Creation of visual representations of processes and their related operational flows to support analysis and decision-making activities.
• Support the definition of KPIs and metrics to monitor the efficiency and evolution of processes.
• Support Scenario Analysis and Strategic Risk Assessment activities through the collection, organization and analysis of information.
• Research on the main emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence and analysis of their implications for Risk Management.
• Support the development of scenarios related to new technologies, emerging trends and potential risks for the Group.
• Research and analysis of the main capabilities and capacities of Artificial Intelligence models in support of Scenario Analysis activities.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Management, Design or other STEM or related disciplines
• Knowledge of:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Excel

Candidates who have gained study experience in international contexts will be given preference.
