SC-Commercial Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Systematically learn medical foundations, product knowledge, and industry compliance guidelines under company policies and compliance directives;
• Familiarize yourself with academic communication and professional exchange techniques, as well as daily business processes, through simulation exercises and observation; no business targets are assigned;
• Collect market information and write market research reports through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods;
• Assist with pre-meeting arrangements and preparation of materials for academic conferences;
• Participate in team weekly and monthly meetings, and assist the team with daily data aggregation, tracking work progress, and other internal operational support;
• Master company compliance policies, standard operating procedures, and behavioral norms related to promotional activities;
• Actively participate in team periodic training and complete periodic professional knowledge assessments and internship performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree

• Major: Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields

• Availability: At least 3 working days per week, able to intern for 3 months or more; long-term interns are preferred
