Starting in November 2026, we are looking for a committed and motivated student for a duration of at least 12 months as a

Working Student (m/f/d) in Governmental Affairs & Advocacy Relations

Responsibilities:

  • Regular monitoring and summarization of health policy and patient-relevant topics

  • Research and analysis of political contexts and legislative initiatives

  • Support in the development of communication documents, such as briefings, position papers, and presentations

  • Collaboration on short- and long-term projects and taking on independent projects in the area of Government Affairs & Advocacy Relations

  • Support in expanding and maintaining contacts with various stakeholder groups

  • Support in optimizing internal (intranet) as well as external political communication (e.g., LinkedIn)

  • Support with administrative tasks

  • Support in the organization and management of events

Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program

  • Great interest in politics and political contexts

  • Ideally, initial experience in a policy-related environment through previous internships (e.g., in the German Bundestag), basic understanding of political processes, such as legislative procedures

  • Proficient PC skills (including MS Office)

  • Very good German and English skills – both written and spoken

  • High level of initiative as well as strong team and communication skills

  • Organizational skills and a quick grasp of new concepts

  • You have approximately 16 - 20 hours per week available for a working student position
