Job Description

What does your workday look like …

• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and manage to build the best rapport with our customers to make every event unforgettable
• You manage our group inquiries, events, and internal functions and stay in close contact with all departments
• You coordinate your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements, even with a full calendar and email inbox
• You keep track when every room in the house is booked at the same time and all lines are buzzing

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume …

• Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar role in the events or reservations field
• With your positive presence and hands-on mentality, you inspire our customers and bring every event off smoothly
• You are a doer – and openly admit when you've made a mistake
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
