The Finance team is the engine that ensures economic health, transparency, and regulatory compliance in every operation. In synergy with Cabify Logistics—the business unit focused on revolutionizing parcel and goods delivery for companies and individuals—the finance area guarantees precise and agile processes that support the company's accelerated growth in the region, driving sustainable and high-value strategic impact.

🎯 Role Mission

Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the financial processes of Cabify Logistics Peru, actively contributing to the veracity of accounting information for strategic decision-making through rigorous analysis and continuous improvement.

🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

• Manage the accounting cycle of invoicing and ensure rigorous control of the monthly revenue closing.

• Monitor and optimize the management of accounting and financial information for accounts receivable, ensuring collection control.

• Provide administrative and accounting support, ensuring the consistency and quality of financial data.

• Process and analyze key information for the timely preparation of accounting closings.

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in operational accounting processes.

🔍 What we are looking for

• Affinity with the culture and guiding principles of Cabify.

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, with preference given to backgrounds in logistics, freight transport, multinationals, or Big Four firms.

• Advanced proficiency in office tools (especially Excel), as well as ease in using data management tools and Artificial Intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability in the optimization and automation of operational processes.

• Experience with ERP systems (previous experience with NetSuite is desirable).
