Job Description

This position is responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to produce relevant and actionable insights that optimize marketing initiatives. This includes designing and managing data collection and analysis solutions (for example, dashboards and presentations), as well as analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives and their impact on user engagement, conversion, and retention.

What You Will Do

• Translate stakeholder business questions and challenges into analytics projects.
• Communicate campaign performance results and guide optimization decisions with stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities across different channels, audience segments, and player segments.
• Perform exploratory data analysis from various data sources.
• Create and share data and insights using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Ability to analyze raw data, draw relevant conclusions, and formulate concrete and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to present the results of qualitative and quantitative research in a clear, compelling, and accessible manner.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL to extract and transform data from relational databases.
• Experience with Python for statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
