Overview

Within the Chief Compliance Officer function, specifically in the Anti Financial Crime department, we are looking for talent to address financial crime risk challenges through the development of algorithms and the use of AI: from risk intelligence analysis to the development of new customer profiling and transaction monitoring solutions for the systems that protect the ISP Group. We conduct special investigations into complex cases based on red flags shared by relevant national and European authorities.

What your activities will be

Within the team, you could be involved in the following activities:

• study of emerging risks
• operationalization of regulations and risk intelligence into algorithm prototypes and AI solutions
• model calibration
• special investigations

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Fundamentals of the banking/financial system
• Knowledge of statistical/quantitative analysis methodologies
• Skills in data management/analysis production (SQL / Python)
• Interest in anti-financial crime topics
• Interest in the application of AI and LLM to specialized application contexts
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Master's degree in engineering (management, computer science, data science) or related fields (statistics, computer science, mathematics)

It is a plus to have:

• MLOps (model versioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring)
• Google Cloud Platform
• Data Bricks
