Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Getting to know our wide range of banking products, sales ecosystem, digitized solutions, and diverse organizational units.
- Preparing database queries and analyses using SQL, SAS, and Python.
- Creating reports using Excel and data visualization tools (primarily Power BI).
- Preparing direct marketing campaigns to support the sales of banking products through BTL channels (e-mail, mobile application, branch network, call center, etc.).
- Preparing target audience analyses for campaigns.
- Later, participating in data mining, modeling (predictive AI) tasks, and international business projects.
- Supporting the development of customer service processes and customer experience in a banking environment.
- Processing and analyzing the results of customer satisfaction surveys and market research.
- Contributing to the preparation of personalized customer offers and customer communication proposals.
This is for you if:
- You have advanced Excel skills (ability to routinely use basic functions, perform simple calculations, and format reports).
- You have basic knowledge of database management; knowledge of SQL/SAS/Python is an advantage.
- You have mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- You are open to simpler tasks that require analytical thinking and programming (previous programming experience is an advantage).
- You are motivated by the in-depth examination of complex tasks and the detailed mapping of problems and relationships.
- You have analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- You are interested in how to better understand customer needs and behavior.
- You think creatively and are happy to come up with new ideas.
- You are interested in the banking world.
- You like working in a team and are motivated by solving problems or making things better.
- You can commit to 30-40 hours per week.
