We are looking for a driven Content Marketer to join and strengthen our marketing team. At Nmbrs, we tell the story of smart HR and payroll software to accountants, HR professionals, and entrepreneurs. From blogs and whitepapers to landing pages and collaborations with content partners: you ensure that our content is found, is accurate in its content, and converts.

You are curious, write with ease for different target audiences, and think just as easily in keywords as in a good header. You dare to experiment, learn quickly, and grow along with us.

We are a fast-growing scale-up that is revolutionizing HR & payroll technology. With 170+ colleagues in Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Stockholm, we really do things differently. In this role, you will:

• Create content that resonates with our target audiences: from blogs and whitepapers to landing pages and social posts;

• Conceive, write, and edit our content with a sharp eye for SEO and AEO.

• Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, creation, and product to align content with the right target audience and stage of the funnel;

• Maintain content relationships with partners and identify opportunities for content together;

• Analyze content results and adjust based on data;

• Experiment with new formats and approaches, and bring those insights back to the team.

• Use AI tools smartly to make content faster and better, from research and initial drafts to testing variants.

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment;

• Experience with content creation and SEO, and a good sense of what makes a text perform for both the reader and Google;

• Strong stakeholder management skills: you easily switch between colleagues, partners, and teams;

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;

• You work in a structured way, love deadlines, and are able to make decisions independently.

• A salary range of €3.600 to €4.500 per month (excluding holiday pay), depending on your experience;
