Overview

You will join the Tailor Made Corporate Offer team at Intesa Sanpaolo Protezione, within the Property & Liability division. You will be responsible for the assessment and underwriting of complex Property risks for corporate clients, contributing to the definition of technical and pricing conditions, portfolio management and profitability, and the development of the offering, in collaboration with the Company's key specialist functions and distribution channels.

What your activities will be

• Analyze and underwrite complex Property risks, evaluating risk characteristics, claims history, Risk Engineering reports, and Property Damage, BI, and CAT exposures

• Define pricing, limits, deductibles, clauses, and coverage conditions in compliance with underwriting policies and profitability objectives

• Manage quotations, negotiations, issuance, and renewal of contracts and technical relationships with intermediaries

• Evaluate underwriting capacity and collaborate with Reinsurance where necessary

• Monitor technical performance, profitability, and portfolio exposures

• Collaborate with Risk Engineering, Claims, Actuaries, and specialist functions

• Contribute to the development of the Property offering and the structuring and management of standardized products distributed through the banking channel, defining their technical characteristics, coverage conditions, and underwriting logic, up to implementation in the Company's systems.

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• at least 7 years of experience in Property underwriting.
• degree in economics, law, engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• in-depth knowledge of Property coverage for Corporate and Business risks
• knowledge of industrial risk analysis and assessment techniques and Risk Engineering reports
• knowledge of pricing logic, underwriting capacity, CAT exposures, and reinsurance
• knowledge of underwriting processes, portfolio management, and renewals
• ability to prepare and evaluate wordings, clauses, and contractual conditions
• excellent knowledge of the English language

Knowledge of the following is considered a preferential qualification:

• Corporate insurance markets,
• main Property underwriting tools,
• Product Oversight and Governance (POG) processes
• structuring and management of standardized insurance products.
