Overview

You will join the HR People & ERP application platform within the Governance Functions Domain of Group Technology. You will be responsible for designing and defining application and architectural solutions to support the HR department of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the largest private employers in Italy. You will contribute to the evolution of HR systems by integrating modern cloud and on-premise solutions from market leaders. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors who will support you in your role.

What your activities will be

  • Design, define, and contribute to the evolution of application and architectural solutions to support HR digital transformation
  • Collaborate with the Design Authority team in the architectural governance process, ensuring adherence to standards and the sustainability of solutions
  • Evaluate and integrate modern cloud-based and on-premise software solutions from major market vendors (including SAP Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Successfactors, SAP BDC/DataSphere, Databricks, ServiceNow)
  • Manage relationships with HR business owners for requirements analysis and with stakeholders involved in business and project processes
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define project progress, identify critical issues, and proactively manage project risks
  • Ensure the consistency of activities with company standards and regulations regarding Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management, and compliance

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the role, possibly with knowledge of the HR field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines
  • Knowledge, evaluation, and design of application and architectural solutions
  • Knowledge of software integration paradigms and models, both cloud and on-premise
  • Knowledge of development methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and modern IT architectures
  • Ability to optimize and validate estimates, project plans, and draft technical specifications
  • English level minimum B1

  • SAP BW
