Back Office Specialist (Active Operations) (m/f)

Through your work, you ensure that financial support for clients works in practice.

A loan, guarantee, or lease does not end with approval. Behind every financial solution are numerous procedures, data, calculations, and fund transfers that ensure its correct and timely execution. It is the back office that ensures that active operations are carried out reliably, compliantly, and without complications.

What will your work involve?

  • performing back-office activities in the field of active operations, primarily loans, guarantees, and leasing,
  • recording transaction and master data and maintaining analytical bookkeeping for the purpose of monitoring and managing business,
  • reconciling analytical accounts with the general ledger and reconciling disputed claims,
  • managing interest and cost calculation processes and notifying clients,
  • executing the loan disbursement process and managing business for third parties,
  • executing payments and fund transfers upon the order of the bank, clients, and third parties,
  • preparing documentation and data for collection procedures and resolving complaints and preparing responses to inquiries in the field of work,
  • monitoring insurance premium payments and remitting premiums to the appropriate insurance companies,
  • preparing reports and performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a colleague who can understand the broader business picture when assessing credit proposals, while remaining attentive to data and risks that can significantly influence the decision.

  • At least a VI. level of education in a relevant field,
