AI Delivery Center Specialist

Overview

You will join the AI Delivery Center structure, contributing to the adoption and dissemination of Artificial Intelligence solutions in alignment with the group's AI initiatives. You will focus in particular on defining technical best practices for developing agents using individual productivity tools, actively participating in the evaluation phase of solutions, their direction, development, and subsequent management within the Center of Excellence for individual productivity tools.

What will your activities be

• Support internal structures in evaluating, configuring, and managing solutions
• Transform operational needs into scalable guidelines, templates, and usage methods
• Participate in agent development, their industrialization, and management

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• At least 5 years of experience in AI projects
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM disciplines
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph and data connectors, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI Service
• Entra ID, identity and permissions management, DLP
• Prompt engineering and agent design
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and software development tools
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and application integration
• Knowledge of Git and tools for software lifecycle management
• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI, or equivalent certifications will be considered a preferential qualification
• Preferred skills: Databricks, agentic architectures, Google or other individual productivity support tools, and knowledge of the banking and financial sector
