The Role
The Pensions and Savings Change Hub is a dynamic team of change professionals driving strategic transformation across three core delivery centres. We play a pivotal role in aligning change initiatives with business strategy, enabling market-leading outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in delivering regulatory or compliance‑driven change within Life & Pensions to join the Regulatory and Mandatory Delivery Centre with responsibility for the end‑to‑end delivery of regulatory and compliance‑driven change initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the Customer Outcome Improvement Programme.The role looks for someone who has experience in turning customer insight into coordinated delivery that reduces avoidable complaints and improves customer outcomes.This is a high-profile initiative triggered by FCA engagement, and requires the ability to work across multiple business areas and OSP’s.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of delivering complex change in a fast-paced environment, ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Change Capability and show breadth and depth of Change delivery skills.
- Experience of delivering change, with a customer outcome mindset, collaborating effectively, and in partnership with Outsource Providers, holding these parties to account as per the delivery agreements and foster excellent working relationships across both internal and external delivery teams.
- Proven ability to work with Business SMEs to influence Change initiation, and turn a strategic or operational intent into a Change delivery plan.You will bring delivery discipline
- Proven ability to problem solve, develop innovative solutions and deliver business outcomes, offering maximum value to stakeholders within a cost pressured environment
- Experience of managing complex dependencies across multiple business, operational, technology and third-party workstreams, ensuring activity remains aligned to key programme milestones.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, challenge constructively and drive delivery across a complex organisational landscape.
- Experience of establishing and maintaining effective governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery controls for high-profile strategic programmes.
- Experience of supporting business readiness, operational implementation and adoption activities to ensure successful transition of change into BAU operations.
