Overview

Within Group Technology & Services at Intesa Sanpaolo, and more specifically the Digital & Cloud Technology service, you will join the group responsible for the management and continuous improvement of corporate IT infrastructures related to Workstations (PCs and mobile devices).

What your activities will be

  • Administer and monitor Windows and MAC operating systems, iOS and Android
  • Administer on-prem environments, Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Ensure high standards of availability and performance for endpoint systems
  • Second-level Incident & Problem Management
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Produce and update technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Monitoring & Proactive Action
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collection, processing, and validation of data from heterogeneous corporate systems
  • Preparation of dashboards and operational reports using Power BI
  • KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and identification of deviations from objectives
  • Production of reports for management and support for decision-making processes

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the role
  • Degree in STEM disciplines
  • Knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
  • Knowledge of MAC operating systems
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device systems
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and products
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services
  • Knowledge of the main Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune)
  • Knowledge of the main network protocols
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting language and automation tools
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Skills in the AI field
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator certifications
  • Experience in managing hybrid infrastructures
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks

Having completed study and/or work paths in an international environment is considered a preferential qualification.
