🎯 Mission of the Role

As an Operations Trainee, your mission will be to support the execution and monitoring of key initiatives, contributing to the optimization of our processes and the analysis of metrics. You will be a fundamental part of ensuring the efficiency and quality of our service, learning and growing in a dynamic and transformative environment.

🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?

• You will monitor the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met.
• You will collaborate in the monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and trends.
• You will support the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize service performance and ongoing initiatives.
• You will actively participate in continuous process improvement, proposing innovative solutions based on data.
• You will research new tools and methodologies, especially in the field of data and artificial intelligence, to enhance our operations.

🔍 What we are looking for

• Affinity with our principles
• Education in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Genuine curiosity and a desire to learn about data processing and the application of artificial intelligence.
• Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility to take on challenges and seek solutions.
