Within Leadership & Team Development, we help organisations not only devise change, but also bring it to life in behaviour and collaboration. We work with leaders and teams on issues surrounding leadership, behavioural change and collaboration. We do this, for example, through leadership programmes, team sessions and other interventions.

As Project Coordinator, you are the organisational hub of our leadership programmes, workshops and client events. You ensure that projects run smoothly from preparation to execution: you monitor planning and action points, keep an overview, coordinate with consultants, clients and suppliers, and make sure venues, materials and logistics are arranged in detail.

Alongside consultants and graphic designers, you ensure that everything needed for an intervention is ready on time and to a high standard. Think of presentations, workbooks, posters, booklets and badges. You move easily between coordinating and doing things yourself: from aligning with stakeholders to printing and setting out materials for a session. In this way, you ensure that every trajectory runs professionally and is well organised, both in preparation and during delivery at the client.

Who are you?

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking and 2 to 5 years of experience in a coordinating, project-based or client-focused role in a dynamic environment.

• You gain energy from organising and keep an overview, even when multiple projects and deadlines run alongside each other.

• You are communicatively skilled and connect easily with different stakeholders.

• You have a 'hands-on' mentality.

• You work easily with digital tools and quickly make new technology your own.

• Our core values of authenticity, intensity, friendship and playfulness suit you perfectly.

• You have a driver's licence.
