Overview
You will join the Group Technology structure of Intesa Sanpaolo, where you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and drafting functional analyses aimed at developing software solutions in the Credit Risk domain.
What your activities will be
- Analyze requirements and business needs with Bank users to detail functional specifications and evaluate software impacts, participating in the functional analysis drafting cycle - with the goal of managing it with increasing autonomy - including validation with internal clients and stakeholders, while overseeing the aspects necessary to feed into the subsequent technical analysis and software development phases
- Contribute to preparing estimates and functional analyses
- Analyze processes in the Credit Risk domain and contribute to their evolution over time, supporting the identification of the most effective solutions for internal or external clients that are also high-performing from an IT perspective
- Draft AFUs in a format compatible with the Function Point methodology, in order to assign them to the technical development team after validation by the relevant user
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 1-3 years of experience in functional analysis within the banking sector
- Degree or specialized diploma in an IT-scientific field (mathematics, physics, computer science, computer engineering, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of IT project phases (business requirements analysis, translation into functional analysis, drafting of AFUs)
- Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite
- English: minimum level B2 (CEFR scale)
The following knowledge is considered a plus:
- Credit Risk / banking Risk Management domain, with particular reference to credit risk processes and related IT components
- Knowledge of Confluence for drafting functional analyses
