Job Description

As a Security Team Lead - Organizational Resilience at Ubisoft Montreal, you will coordinate and support the daily operations of the Resilience team within the Security and Risk Management department. You will contribute to strengthening organizational resilience in Ubisoft studios and offices around the world by participating in crisis preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives, while fostering team development and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do

• Contribute to the tactical and strategic development of organizational resilience programs, particularly regarding crisis preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation measures aligned with organizational priorities
• Coordinate and support security-related projects and initiatives while tracking deliverables, timelines, and progress
• Collaborate on cross-functional topics involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Develop, review, and implement policies, standards, processes, and guidelines related to resilience activities
• Provide advice and technical support to internal teams and stakeholders on topics related to organizational resilience
• Support awareness and training activities related to resilience and security practices
• Coordinate the team's daily operations and contribute to the effective achievement of priorities
• Guide and support team members through mentoring, feedback, and professional development activities
• Communicate activity progress, challenges, and resource needs to management while supporting alignment with department goals

Qualifications

• Certification in business continuity management is an asset, specifically ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, or MBCI
• Significant experience in roles related to security and risk management
• Experience in team management
• Experience in coordinating business continuity, crisis preparedness, and disaster recovery plans
• Project management experience is an asset
• Experience related to information technology is an asset
