Commercial Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Systematically learn medical fundamentals, product knowledge, and industry compliance standards under company policies and compliance guidelines;
• Become familiar with academic communication techniques and professional exchange skills through simulated academic communication exercises and observational learning, as well as daily business processes, without bearing business targets
• Collect market information through the company management system and other compliant channels and methods, and prepare market research reports
• Prepare for academic conferences including scheduling and materials
• Participate in team weekly and monthly meetings, assist the team with daily data consolidation, work progress tracking, and other internal operational support
• Master company compliance policies, operational standards, and behavioral norms related to promotional activities
• Actively engage in the team's phased training and complete phased professional knowledge assessments and internship performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree

• Major Requirements: Medical, pharmaceutical, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 working days per week for internship, internship duration of 3 months or more, long-term interns preferred
