In Zurich, we offer you three exciting workplaces: the 25hours Hotel Zurich West, the 25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse, and, starting at the end of July 2025, the first Mama Shelter hotel right by the Oerlikon train station. Both 25hours hotels tell their own story – and so do our colleagues. Our atmosphere is multicultural, and our philosophy is unconventional. We are a young team and love our informal culture mixed with good manners. Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, a bar – versatile opportunities to host parties and events in-house and bring cool products to customers and partners.

Job Description

What your workday looks like...

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: building and maintaining personal customer contacts and serving as the main point of contact for business partners and clients in the relevant business segment.
• New customer acquisition and existing customer management for the Corporate, Consortia/TMC, and FIT & Leisure Contracting segments via phone and activities.
• Participation in the creation and implementation of annual plans, campaigns, and activities.
• Representing the hotels at trade fairs, networking events, as well as sales calls and events.
• Continuous market observation and analysis.
• Conducting hotel tours.
• Developing strategies and measures to increase company success in consultation with the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue departments.
• CRM maintenance, administrative sales tasks, and follow-ups.
• Co-designing, setting up, and planning all activities and tasks related to the new opening of the Mama Shelter.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your resume...

• You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and have not only gained promising experience in the sales department but have also taken on responsibility as a member of the management team.
• You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept, are a passionate creative mind, and yet know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems), and Opera.
• You are a doer – and openly admit it if you have made a mistake.
• You bring not only your skills but also your character.
