- Position Brief - Community Facilities Planning Officer
About the role
The Community Facilities Planning Officer is responsible for planning and overseeing capital works programs both renewals, and new & upgrades, for the City’s Community Infrastructure.
The position focuses on the capital planning phase of the asset lifecycle, ensuring capital works programs are strategically developed to support compliance, optimise whole-of-life performance, and deliver value across the City’s community infrastructure assets.
We’re looking for people who have:
- Bachelor in Business / Commerce / Engineering or relevant equivalent knowledge and experience
- C Class Drivers Licence (unrestricted) (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think outside of the box to enhance ways of working
