Client Relationship Manager / Professional Associate (m/f) in the SB Centre Slavonija

(work location Beli Manastir)

The position covers the entire sales process, specifically:

  • direct sales of risky and non-risky products to micro enterprises and craftspeople
  • payment transaction operations and sales support
  • contacting and acquiring new clients
  • monitoring client relationships – taking care of the existing client portfolio
  • collecting documentation and processing requests for risky products
  • writing credit proposals
  • administration of relevant (contractual and other) documentation
  • preparing plans and carrying out collection of due and unpaid receivables

The formal requirements candidates must meet are the following:

  • university or college degree in economics
  • 2 years of work experience in the banking/financial sector
  • experience working with clients
  • active knowledge of English in speaking and writing
