Risk Management Specialist

• Overview You will join the Risk Management Department of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni, within the Enterprise Risk office, where you will be responsible for the identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of risks to which the Insurance Group is exposed. You will collaborate on the management of ESG risks, contributing continuously to the oversight of exclusions applicable to investments, the monitoring of related indicators, ESG ratings, and other relevant sustainability metrics. You will participate in the preparation of key periodic reports, interfacing with various corporate functions. ### What your activities will be - Actively participate in the annual risk assessment process; - Drafting of internal regulations in the field of Risk Management and support in updating corporate regulations related to processes in which the Function is involved; - Contribute to the preparation of key periodic reports, including the annual Risk Management Function report and the ORSA Report; - Collaborate on the definition, implementation, and monitoring of policies regarding ESG risk management, overseeing exclusions applicable to investments and handling the monitoring of PAI (Principal Adverse Impact) indicators and ESG ratings; - Contribute to the preparation of periodic disclosures and reports on sustainability; - Conduct materiality analyses and ESG scenario analyses, leveraging available data and participating in the evolution of the sustainability risk management framework; - Support in the definition of Risk Appetite Framework limits. ### Who we are looking for If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: - experience in Risk Management (preferably Enterprise Risk or ESG Risk), risk governance, or regulatory reporting, preferably in the insurance sector; - knowledge of the main risk management processes, risk assessment, ORSA, and preparation of periodic documentation or reports intended for corporate functions, Senior Management, or Supervisory Authorities; - experience with sustainability topics; - excellent command of the MS Office suite; - good knowledge of English.
