HR Cost & Workforce Planning Analyst

Overview

You will join the People and Organization function of Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni, within the Personnel Costs and HR Services office, where you will handle the quantitative aspects of the HR area for the Intesa Sanpaolo Assicurazioni Group.

What your responsibilities will be

• Monitoring workforce changes and their economic impacts

• Supporting the definition of the annual labour cost budget

• Cost-benefit analysis of compensation policies and corporate welfare programmes

• Preparing periodic reports for management with variance analysis and cost budget forecasts

• Developing reporting systems to analyse cost trends related to overtime, leave and turnover

• Supporting the HR operations of the foreign branch (e.g. payroll processing, regulations)

• Preparing qualitative and quantitative information for industry analyses and studies

• Participating in projects

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• at least 1 year of experience in the role
• degree in economics or engineering (preferably management engineering)
• good command of the English language
• excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
