Overview

Within the Compliance Methodologies & Reporting area, specifically in the Compliance Risk Assessment & Methodologies office, you will support the development, application, and maintenance of compliance risk assessment methodologies.

The role offers a structured and methodological view of Compliance, with direct involvement in the processes of identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks, as well as producing reports to support management.

What your activities will be

• Support for Compliance Risk Assessment activities, including:
  • collecting and analyzing risk and vulnerability assessments across various regulatory areas,
  • applying scoring and assessment methodologies;
• Collaboration on the maintenance and evolution of the methodological framework (assessment criteria, risk scales, metrics);
• Support for the construction and updating of risk representation tools (e.g., risk maps, dashboards, aggregated views);
• Contribution to the preparation of periodic reporting (e.g., dashboards, summaries for management, materials for committees);
• Support for activities integrating compliance risk into corporate frameworks (e.g., RAF, control processes);
• Collaboration with various Compliance structures and other functions (e.g., Risk Management) for the collection and validation of risk information;

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Degree preferably in:

  • Economics and Finance / Banking & Finance

  • Economics of Financial Markets and Intermediaries

  • Statistics / Data Science / Mathematics / Computer Science

  • Management Engineering

• Knowledge of:

  • risk assessment processes,
  • scoring logic and risk metrics,
  • internal control frameworks;

• Ability for quantitative analysis, interpretation, and structuring of data using statistical tools and mathematical models;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, in particular Excel (data analysis), PowerBI (reporting), and PowerPoint (communication);

• Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools

• Good knowledge of the English language.
