THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Intern - Enterprise to join our Client Success - Enterprise team in São Paulo!

We are looking for an intern to work on the Client Success - Enterprise team, within the Revenue area, in São Paulo. The main objective of this position is to act as operational support for Account Managers, assisting in the execution of administrative routines and the maintenance of Wellhub Enterprise clients. It is the ideal opportunity for those who want to learn about managing large accounts by working side-by-side with the Client Success, Client Sales, and other internal stakeholder teams.

Here at Wellhub, you will have an experience of at least 12 months, with a complete development package. This means personalized training, individualized follow-up, and a challenging project for you to lead in your first year. And, to give you full support, as soon as you arrive, you will have a mentorship program to support your integration and adaptation, ensuring you feel completely at home. YOUR IMPACT

• Execute administrative processes such as invoice corrections, creation and validation of contract addendums, and registering Wellhub as a vendor for our clients.
• Organize and update client information, materials, and data.
• Support the review of materials, such as quarterly presentations, and organize basic data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Work with internal teams to collect information, align on next steps, and keep those involved updated.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and improvements that make the operation more organized, efficient, and scalable.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves and finding a balance between work and personal life.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Law, or related fields.
• Interested in client implementation, engagement, communication, and customer experience.
• An organized person, attentive to details, and capable of handling different activities.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, documents, and Google collaborative tools.
• Curious to learn new tools, including artificial intelligence, and use them practically to improve organization, productivity, information analysis, and material creation.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the Wellhub product and our clients.
• Enjoy working in partnership with different teams and internal stakeholders.
• English is a plus.
• Availability to intern 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) in a hybrid model (in-office 1x per week).
• Reside in São Paulo or the surrounding region.
