CIB Bank Zrt. is looking for a HR Intern to join our Strategic HR partner team.

Tasks we count on you for:

• Supporting the recruitment process:

  • Posting and keeping job advertisements up to date.
  • Conducting phone screenings of candidates and maintaining contact with them.
  • Organizing interviews.

• Monitoring, coordinating, and executing operational and administrative HR tasks as needed.

• Providing administrative support for organizational and job role changes.

• Conducting onboarding interviews.

• Maintaining contact with managers of supported areas.

• Participating in the organization of professional internship and career programs.

• Supporting administration required for onboarding.

This is for you if:

• You are planning long-term and we can count on you for 30 hours per week.
• Working from the office 2 days a week is not a problem for you.
• You describe yourself as having excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• You pay attention to small details.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You are not afraid of responsibility and independence is important to you in your work.
• You have user-level knowledge of MS Office programs.
