Overview

Within the Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Division, you will collaborate with the Client Business Development structure, where you will have the opportunity to gain a comprehensive view of how a Private Bank operates, with a particular focus on the entrepreneur client, including in anticipation of corporate and family discontinuities (M&A), top managers, and family offices, while deepening your knowledge of analysis and development activities for new commercial opportunities.

What your activities will be

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to assist and support the team in the following activities:

• Contribute to the analysis of available financial solutions, particularly in the analysis of extraordinary transactions
• Collaborate in the preparation of dossiers, presentations, and internal information materials (e.g., Company Profile, Entrepreneur Client Analysis - Know Your Client): ownership structure and company, within the WM 4.0 project
• Support preliminary analyses of financial and asset situations.
• Verify the monitoring of business cases in collaboration with IMI - CIB

Who we are looking for

If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Master's degree in economic/financial disciplines
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
