149 rooms, a restaurant, a bar – and always fully booked. You give 25hours a face at our 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin and represent the hotel in the market. Through close contact with our customers, you ensure that we always have a full house and the best parties. We are looking forward to having you as an intern (m/f/d) for our Sales team.

Job Description

What your workday looks like …

  • You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, managing to build the best rapport with our customers and maintain it in the best possible way
  • You coordinate your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements, even with a busy calendar and email inbox
  • You send out mailings, coordinate photo shoots, process blogger inquiries, and conduct hotel tours
  • You support various projects in the hotel, such as social media events or PR campaigns, and step in when one of your colleagues from the event team is on vacation
  • You keep an overview when all customers call at the same time and things get busy

Qualifications

  • You have professional experience in a similar role in the sales area and speak good English
  • You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson
  • You are a doer – and openly admit it when you have made a mistake
  • You bring not only your skills but also your character
