Salary conditions

2050 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1 650 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after a successful adaptation period is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, whether it will be more. Quarterly bonuses average 1 800 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

MANAGE YOUR OWN PORTFOLIO OF HIGH-NET-WORTH CLIENTS. WITHOUT A BRANCH. WITH CLIENTS WHO ALREADY TRUST THE BANK.

It doesn't happen often that you can be there at the birth of something new. We are creating a digital branch for clients who prefer online communication over visiting a brick-and-mortar branch. And right now, we are looking for people who want to create the future of banking with us.

In the position of Digital Personal Banker, your task will be:

• to manage your own portfolio of high-net-worth clients, which you will continue to develop;
• to actively contact clients (online and by phone), which will be a natural part of your day;
• to conduct online meetings and bring tailor-made solutions to clients;
• to identify client needs and turn them into concrete business opportunities;
• to build a strong relationship with clients based on trust;
• to grow systematically – in the portfolio, results, and in the volume of assets under management.

This will not be for you if:

• you need a fixed regime and stability without pressure;
• you expect the client to come to you;
• you enjoy the process more than the result;
• you need personal contact to build trust;
• you feel that if you don't call, nothing is happening – that must bother you more than your manager;
• you prefer service over sales.

Required experience

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• secondary education with a school-leaving exam
• university degree (1st level)
• university degree (2nd level)
